Section 14. National Intelligence Board. -
(1) The National Intelligence Board shall serve as an advisory body to the Director of the Agency, on matters pertaining to the integration and coordination of intelligence activities, and shall make recommendations on such matters as the Director may from time to time submit to it for consideration.
(2) The members of the National Intelligence Board shall be appointed by the President. The National Security Director may sit in all meetings of the Board.
